    EZbass version: 1.1.5

Tried to reproduce this but dragging a clip from S1V6 to EZBass is working OK here. I am running a Mac rig which may be the differentiating factor.

Could you create an S1 session this is happening with put it in a zip file and post it here?

Hi, Well I think it was a PC problem because it is working fine now. Maybe a permissions writing error or something. I opened up some older projects and even tested a new one and all seems fine now. Strange. thanks

I spoke too soon!. I discovered once I bounced the clip it then gives the error message. I attached the S1 project here. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hobBRxWzu7VdLYwxCaMz8gHSPyXxazgx/view?usp=sharing

    Hi there,

I dragged and dropped gtr1 to EZBass with the expect result. I clicked on the gtr1, Events > Bounce to new track and dragged the new track (stereo) to EZBass, also ok.

When you say you bounced the clip and then it didn’t work, is that what you are doing?

Also can you look into the pool for the session, option (right) click the bounced file and use locate file…. what type of file is it?

Highlight gtr1and do Ctrl + B to bounce the clip and it will not work for me. Studio one 6 could be adding something to the wav files it bounces. Also If I use the Browser and go to the file that was bounced it Shows a different error. See image attached. This error is not happening in 5.5 and works correctly

It’s a .wav file called gtr1.wav. I bounce the files to one because sometimes i string together multiple takes to one clip to drag into the audiotracker in ezbass. Maybe it’s a Windows problem. It’s odd it only doing this error in Studio one 6.

I was just replying to your last post. Tried the exact process you described (Cmd-B) to bounce from the session you posted. Worked fine. I even tried exporting the bounced file to my desktop from S1V6 and all OK.

Sorry I’m not much help with this one.

    Hi,
I have also tried reproducing following your steps but it works as expected.  Did you open a Support Ticket yet?

** Solution** In Studio one 6 the setting in Options for “Process Precision” needs to be Single (32 bit) for it to recognize the file to import into Ezbass or EzDrummer 3 bandmate. When you bounce a clip it will make the wav file 64bit and making it not recognized as a proper formatted .wav file.
