So I’m setting up a new computer using win8.1 64bits.
I installed studio One 64bit version and setup ezdrummer and got it authorized and everything OK.
Then I realized I needed the 32bit version for studio one for certain things and I installed that.
Now when I use ezdrummer in the 32bit version of studio one I get a not authorized message and it won’t load.
I should only need one authorization for one machine right?
Thanks
 Scott
ScottIs it possible that there is the EZdrummer Lite version still installed? What is the version number of the 32-bit version?

It was a new install, just did one.
How would I tell what version? Because the interface is dimmed and there’s a dialog box wanting me to authorize and nothing I do can get to the interface.
I tried putting in the numbers that’s in my account but that didn’t work.
Do I need to download a 32bit installer?
 Scott
ScottYou should have both 32-bit and 64-bit updates in the latest update download (1.3.3).
Are you loading the 32-bit version of EZD in the 32-bit version of Studio one?

I choose EZdrummer when in the 32bit version of Studio One. There’s just the one EZplug available that your program put in program files(x86).
Not sure what that’s running. How could it be authorized in the 64bit version and not the 32?
You have a plan of attack? Should I uninstall ezdrummer and start again?
I also have EZkeys and it works in both S1 versions.
Or I could go through and take the number it’s giving me and go through the process to get a number for it.
Can you then reset my count? I have 1 of 2 authorizations used.
 Scott
ScottI haven’t come across a situation where the 32-bit version has one Computer ID and the 64-bit version has a different Computer ID.
Have you tried using Toontrack Solo as a host (both 32-bit and 64-bit versions)? Just to see if you get the same results. For now, authorize using the Computer ID that is showing.

I activated the 32bit one using my other activation.
Both on this computer…
I didn’t change any hardware.
I’m probably going to get away from using the 32bit version of S1 anyway…
