    Have you extracted the install folder or are you running the installer without extracting first?

    Yes, got that part taken care of. However, now, I am getting message that I need to “upgrade the EZ Player to the current version before I can install this update.” Also getting message that I need the latest version of Toontrack Software. I don’t see an update for either.

    Hi,

    in your account (My Products), click the EZKeys Grand Piano product and then the ‘Updates’ tab. You should see the latest updates available.
