Strata Core not triggering in EZD3

Hi there, if anyone can help I’d be very grateful!!

I’ve got my Alesis Strata Core linked via USB, with the correct active MIDI input selected and the correct preset selected, but can’t get any response from the programme when a pad is hit. If anyone has a solution to this then that would be amazing!!
