I really wish I could get some help from ‘somebody’ at Toontrack, because this is the second time I’ve brought this up in the forum – and to no prevail.
All it does is allow me to ‘download’ it – then ‘install’ it – then ‘download’ it again, then re-install it…..just wash, rinse & repeat – over & over. I’ve been at this for SEVERAL hours now – and this is all that keeps happening. It won’t tell me why, give me a reason, an error message – nothing.
Can someone PLEASE help me with this issue?
This is definitely not worth the near $200 for this product. If you can’t help me figure this out – may I please get a full refund. This is simply ridiculous, I’m sorry.
(for the record: it ‘did’ install the ‘standalone’ version for some reason, but not the AU or VST plug-ins, or the main DAW version of EZdrummer 2.)
Sorry you’re not getting things up and running. First off, are you using the product manager to download and install?

Hi,
are you really sure that the plugins do not get installed and that you are talking about a visual feedback in the PM?
If you could start the standalone, you have got the VST installed, since the standalone loads the VST.
Do you get error messages while installing?
Which host/DAW are you using?
