Yes, I am a newb….I am using EZD2 EZdrummer [plug-in version 2.1.6 (build 19524) [64-bit VST] Standalone host version 2.1.6 (build 19524)] and Cubase 9.5

Everything connected, working fine with the exception of where the EXD2 track starts. I fired up EXD2 in Cubase and dragged a EXD2 groove onto the EXD2 timeline. For whatever reason, it refuses to play – it will only start at bar 84, unless I select the region and loop it, which has me constantly redefining loop regions.

I would be happy to find the keyboard shortcut for ‘play from beginning’ – but apparently that doesn’t exist ?

Any help is apprecaited!

Do you play only EZdrummer 2 – or do you play the Cubase track and EZdrummer 2 follows?
When you play the track in Cubase, EZdrummer 2 will follow that as long as “Follow Host” is enabled (a button below the EZdrummer 2 song track)…
