Stacked snare muting on some hits

Why does my stack snare show that it’s muting on some hits? Both snares are hitting the center articulation.

Superior Drummer 3 version: 3.1.4
Operating system: Windows 10

It’s hard to tell without actually seeing anything. Probably best if you post are user preset or project so that we can take a look and see.
