Hi
This is the first time I’ve written in any forum. I’m trying to get to grips with SD3 and I’m having a problem with stacked drums. If i loop midi within SD3 and stack drums i can hear the stacked drums fine and get level in the mixer on their respective channels. If i then drag the midi into my daw, the stacks don’t trigger and I get no level on the stacked tracks within the SD3 mixer. The route instrument mics doesn’t feel intuitive to me and I cant figure it out. Please can you help.
i have same issue, my DAW is Reason 10, i think i found the answer to my issue, in settings , edrum , it was set to roland , this is because i usually use my roland TD9 kit to record my drum patterens straight into Reason track lane, like you the stacked snares was not triggering, until i turn the setting in edrum to default, and now the stacked snares trigger correctly, so i think some midi cc notes are being filtered when the edrum is set to anything but default.
Hi,
@george4tape: if you right-click the Stack and Move it to Zone Trigger, does it work as you want?
@steven: Could you please save your Project, ZIP it and attach to a post here? I think it’s Input transforming at work but would like to check.

John
