Splitting existing blocks to chorus, verse etc?

How can I split song blocks into choruses and verses etc? Now I have just a couple of really long blocks that go over let’s say verse AND chorus and I would like to split them. I know I probably should have assigned those blocks before I started painting my drums but there must be a way to do it afterwards as well, so how?

You can use the scissors tool in the timeline section to split your regions.
