Soundscapes is not in my EZ mixer program after purchase

I bought EZ Mixer2 last winter. I downloaded the mix pack of 6 ez packs today but the soundscapes is the only one that did not show up in my ez mix program. It shows it was downloaded successfully in Product Manager. Is there a newer version of EZ mixer 2 that I need to get the Soundscapes pack to show up?

Hi,

 

if you can see the version number 2.1.4 in your EZmix2 interface, it should load the Soundscapes pack.

Did you run the installer after downloading it via the Product Manager?

Hi John, yes, that was the first thing, to check the version. I had updated to the newest version just after I downloaded the packs. I think I would of have to have run the installer because I purchased the 6 pack bundle and all the other 5 packs are on there. What is the fix now, is there a way to reinstall Soundscapes? The sad part is, that is really the one pack that I came to buy.

SIDE QUESTION. I want to buy my son EZ Mixer for his birthday, is there a way to get a “gift card” for Toontrack?

Hi,

 

please open the Product Manager and click ‘Show Details’ for the ‘Soundscapes EZmix Pack’.

There you can select to Download and then install the Pack again.

 

If you buy something in the web shop and you do NOT choose to automatically register the product to your account, then you can give this serial to your son.
