Can anyone help?
I urgently need to make some room on my MacBook pro HD. Wanted to transfer EZ Drummer and EZX libraries to my external HD where there is far more room and where I already have all SD2 libraries. My external is mounted fine but when intializing SoundMover it will only display the internal MacBook pro HD as the only option. It shows no other available drive and its driving me crazy!!
Some help would be much appreciated. I’ve probably missed out some idiotic simplicity but I just can’t get it…
Thanks in advance
Please make sure you are using the latest SoundMover version. It is included in the latest plugin updates.
If it is mounted and healthy in the Finder and Disk Utility, it should work.

well, this most than likely is because your external hard drive is not formatted as HFS+… FAT should also work, but NTFS is definitely not suitable. Anyway, Soundmover is a ‘standard’ Apple installer document, so that’s the only reason I can think of as a possible cause.
