Sound Updater Hangs when installing Additional Bleed files

I have been using SDX 3 with Part 1 and 2 files installed and it has been great.  Decided to download Part 5 to use as well.  I was able to download but when I try to install it, it just hangs with about an 1/8th of the blue bar full.  It just says Copying sound library files but does not move.

The bar starts off moving like it is installing and then just stops.

 

My SDX library is on an external hard drive (firewire connection) and it has a ton of free space available.

Operating system: OS X El Capitan (10.11)

Hi,

just a thought; if you have the downloaded files for Part 5 still on your hard drive (you can open/locate the Downloads Folder from within the PM), could you please try removing the first 2 soundbunches and click to Download Part 5 again? I think the PM should initiate the Download but scan what’s in your Downloads and if there’s something wrong with them re-download what’s missing/faulty.

You would have to click Show Details and then select “Verify/Download Again” from the menu next to the download.

I’m having the exact same issue on Legacy of Rock. 80 installs w/o a problem. I’ll try the suggestions.
