1. Unninstalled all EZ drummer files.
2. Checked for all updates of Music recording software.
3. Removed any previous file paths to EZ drummer/toontracks with in the recording software.
4. Downladed Cubase Artist 8 32 bit Trial version as this is another compatible software for VST use according to your document.
5. Restarted my computer.
6. Installed the 32 bit version first and then installed both of the updates on toontracks website. I had everything at default parameters. Please see attached installer log. (Feel free to check my account and down load history of your product with my online account.)
7. Opened EZ drummer and it is running and I checked the file path with in EZDrummer 2
8. Attempted to use the 32 bit version with the 32 bit recording software of Acid Music Studio 8.0. It did not work it is still asking for the exact sample files as before. See the first attachment.
It is asking for the Sound Library location and for me to browse for it? Even though I have already set the VST location? So where do I get the sound library and not the VST file location when I used Default locations for the install?
9. Attempted to use the 32 bit version with Cubase 8 Artist which is also 32 bit. Cubase 8 just like all other programs identifies EZdrummer as a VST but all programs are unable to locate a sound library. Please see attached pictures.
10. This is definitely an error with EZdrummer 2 not properly syncing up with the software’s as a VST please. Any help on this would be appreciated otherwise I will need to request a refund for faulty software please, which I do not want to do as I really wanted to use this software.
This is the EZDrummer About information in my software.

Hi Willyezdrum,
can you please elaborate?
Did you move or copy the .dll file after installing?
Can you not find the EZdrummer 2 Sound Library?
Did you install with the Toontrack Product Manager?
BR,
John
