Will they work? Is a file conversion neccessary? Can my sequencer (Cubase) play back recorded audio at 48/24 and 44.1/16 at the same time?

EZdrummer’s samples will be sample rate converted when they load into RAM. The only thing you will notice is a much longer load time of EZD in a 48kHz session.
