sony acid music 10 + ezdrummer2

Hi guys, someone PLEASE HELP! before I go mad! I have been using acid sony pro 10 music which I am very familiar with now. I can not get toontracks to work with it at all, its driving me crazy, can anyone please help? talk me through the setup in simple terms. I would be very grateful, I do know that when I open plugin manager it doesn’t show ezdrummer vsts in there? arghhhhhhhhhh

Hi,

if you open EZdrummer 2 standalone, you can go to the Help menu and click ‘Show plug-in path’ which will show you where the VST plug-in is installed.
In Acid, open the Plug-in Manager (go to View > Plug-in Manager) and then click the little icon in the upper right corner of that window, which is Configure VST.
There you can add the path to where your EZdrummer 2 VST is installed. When it’s added, ‘Scan’.
After that, you need to Insert a Soft Synth and select EZdrummer 2.
