[Sonar] EZdrummer newbie

Hello! I love EZdrummer and all it’s functionalities, but I have some questions, I hope you can help me!

How can I modify drum sounds (snare sound for example)? Can I EQ the snare? Or do I have to get an other drum sound for snare to change it? Where can I get new samples and how can I add/install them to EZdrummer? I am looking for some “Oldschool Metal” drum sounds.

Where can I get a nice and clear “Piano Roll” for Key Mapping (editing)? I use Sonar 4 Producer Edition and the “Piano Roll” there is weird. I’d prefer something that looks more like drums and less like a piano. What do you suggest?

I assume I can save my rhythms and fills, just like the preset rhythms & fills are saved in EZdrummer’s directory. So how can I save them in a file? Can I use different drum-sets/sounds (EZX DFH and EZX POP/ROCK for example) in the same single track? What about sharing the fills, rhythms etc.?

How can I produce a “flam” on the snare drum?

As for the piano roll in Sonar, editing etc….
That’s an issue with Sonar and should probably be taken up with their support forum.

I’m going to leave this thread be in case someone has similar questions but surely your host came with a manual? well at least Sonar paid-for versions do. hum, maybe that’s the problem heh?
