at first, my gear is:
imac late 2013, 3,5ghz intel core i7, 24gb 1600 mhz ddr, 3TB fusion drive, os x el capitan 10.11.1

logic pro x
ezdrummer 2

that’s all i use for pre-production.
since installing guitar gods 3, and unfortunately updating all the software at the same time, i experience some serious issues:
suddenly there is no sound during playback (or recording), it usually takes 5 to 10 sec, then there is an awful digital sound and then everything is normal again… this happens… maybe 2 times per hour…
i have not changed anything but the toontrack software. while having these issues the CPU load meter does not change (it’s always at the low end) but the HD load meter is at max.
anybody any ideas? thanks in advance
