have tried several times to get it to download. have excellent internet connection. is there a fast download site available?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you have trouble downloading we can only recommend using a download manager.

Some of our users who have had trouble downloading report success by using Firefox as their browser with the add on download manager “Download them all” https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/downthemall/

Toontrack however does does not make this download manager nor are we affiliated with it in any way. Therefore we can not take responsibility, or provide support for it.

Since Toontrack uses a CDN (content delivery network) for the download there are no alternate links.
