SL 2.0 Core vs. NY Vol.1 – Avatar

What is the difference between these? Ages ago I upgraded from SD 2 to SD 3, and according to the screen I have NY 1. But not according to the Product Manager and/or  the filter once logged in…

So… Do I have it? Or what?

They are identical. In Product Manager, click “Show Details” under it and then click “Installation Info”. What does it say there?

Hey Olof,

I guess you mean the “Avatar S2.0 Core Library”.  There it says I have installed version 1.5.1. And under Downloads I see “New York Studios Vol. 1 SDX”. That supports what you say. But shouldn’t it mean that my account should reflect that?

After all now I might be persuaded to drop 160 euros for something I already own. Luckily I am a wondering mind, so I decided to question first.

Yes, we’ll look into fixing that product filter. But the product is in your account (in My Account > My Products and in the Product Manager), although under the different name “Avatar S2.0 Core Library”. I understand it can be confusing.
