Show in browser doesn't work

Does anyone else have the same problem I wonder? I right click on a chord block in the work area, choose Show in Browser and nothing happens. If I’m lucky sometimes an Explorer window may open but then it only shows me my saved favourite blocks. At the moment I’m having to memorise where things are from, which is irritating when you know that function is available.

All is working fine at this end.  I right click on a chord block in the work area, choose Show in Browser and it takes me to the Browser screen to the selected segment.  Do you have the most recent updates?

Yes, I believe I have the latest upgrade. I bought the software only 3 days ago so it should be up to date. I thought it might be the DAW I’m using (Live 10). I’m going to try it on a fresh channel and a new project and see what happens. Thanks for the reply, I opened a ticket about an unrelated issue 3 days ago and still haven’t heard from Toontrack.

You mentioned you are having issued within your DAW. So try the program in standalone mode to see if it behaves better.  There are some minor differences regarding working on a project in a DAW versus in the Standalone mode.
