several problems using EZX’s in superior 2

Hello,

i have recently bought, “Metal Machine”, “Metal!” and “Made of Metal”.
These work just fine in EZDrummer2 but i can’t get these to work in Superior 2 (latest version)
Superior2 is asking for a “authorization code” but i only have acess to an authorization file i can
download from the “My Products” page. The “FAQ” is pretty basic on this and only refering for use
in EZDrummer2 if i see right.

I have also managed to register “Metal Machine” a while ago but Superior2 keeps randomly
asking for an authorization from time to time.

any ideas?

What version number is shown on the S2 interface? What are your system details?

hmm, this might be something. in the interface it shows version 2.3.0 but i have definitively installed the latest 2.4.1.
I’m on Win764bit using FLStudio11 and Cubase 6.
The products are all registered on just one PC.

Superior2 keeps asking for an authorization Code, i remember this from my SDX registration,
however this code seems to be missing on the latest purchases i have made.

It also seems like the computer ID shown in the Superior2 interface does not match the computer ID that
is shown in the “My Products” page. This is strange as i have registered the products only ONCE and on this machine.
I also bought the EZX’s brand NEW.

Sorry I didn’t reply sooner. I was on Thanksgiving break in upstate New York with my family and had limited internet time.
