Hello, I have a question regarding both Superior Drummer 2.0 and Superior Drummer 3.0.
I play in a Metallica coverband and we really try to play their song as close to original as possible. And that also includes the sound.
We try to create the sound of each record as close as we possible can, and we really have come far with that.
But now to my question. I use Superior Drummer 2.0 today ( thinking of upgrade to 3.0 ) in Cubase and that way create diffrent channels with diffrent drumsetups.
I wonder if there a way to have several drumsetups without using a DAW ? And it needs to be easy to shift between the diffrent setups.
Happy for answer !
Regards Joackim
It really depends on if you need to be able to change presets with MIDI (can’t physically access the computer)?
If you can access the computer, it’s easy to create many different user presets that you switch between with 2 buttons in the main interface. MIDI change is currently not supported.

I can access the computer. But I´m not sure if I know were the 2 buttons in the interface are ? Do you have a screenshot ?
Is there anyone that knows if it´s possible to change drumsetups in a standalone mode with SD3 ?

When you save a Drum and Mixer user preset, they are placed in a subfolder in the menu. When you press up or down arrows (see attached screenshot), the next (or previous) preset in the list will be loaded, so you can switch between your saved presets.
