On the audio demos for the Seventies Prog MIDI on the Toontrack website, there’s a riff at the end of the third demo (upright piano) that I cannot find in the actual MIDI pack. The demo makes use of the Deviators themes, except for the very last riff (which reminds me of the riff from Kansas “Carry On….”). Did they cheat and throw in a riff not included with the pack, or did I somehow not get all the files?
You may very well not have the item that was Demoed. Toontrack and all of these Companies. That sell add on’s.
Make their real $ selling Add-on’s!
They all. Tend to overstate content of a Add on Pack. * I have figured i need 3 to 4 toontrack packs to achieve what was implied for 1 pack.
I had a third party that sold Midi Packs. His were way more content, Better ish, and cheaper. I felt like I recieved. What was implied/promised.
Unfortunately. He is gone. I wish I would have bought all his midi packs.
Not implying the TT packs are bad. Just very light on content.
You may be right. I’ve played through every MIDI file in the pack and didn’t find the same riff. It would be helpful if they would label the demos by the song & variation titles used in the audio examples. Even if they come from a different pack.
