Setting first bar to 0 and saving as default

I know I can set the first bar to “0” but is there a way to make it the default setting?

This setting is only saved in projects, so you can use “Set Current to Default Project” in the File menu to make the current state the default.

Hmmmnn, Am I to assume that EZD3 still does not have “Bar offset” ? Only offsets to bar 0?
