I purchased an original EZ Drummer copy about two weeks ago from a reliable dealer, but I cannot register the product, because the serial number is rejected. The error message is:
“The serial number is already registered to another account. Contact support for help.”
I did contact the user support more than one week ago with this issue, but nobody replied. So I will try it here: How can my serial number be unlocked? If desired, I can prove that I legally purchased the copy.
