Enable multi outs in SD3 and assign different components to to the outputs. I use Cubase and use this method with render in place. Maybe export in logic will work similar.

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors

There is a way to Demix a midi region in different notes (maybe you have to remix the articulations of every element and save them as single stem). Here is the info at https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/logicpro/lgcpf7c0f28c/mac . I think you should try with “Separate Note Pitch” tho.

It would be faster and far less complicated to bounce your kit piece stems out of SD3. Similar to creating a multi channel instrument in logic, he would wrote your kit pieces and buses to different outputs in bounce from there after importing your MIDI into SD3’s timeline.
