Selling on software

Support help please. I am selling on my software products. I believe i fill out the contact support sheet.
I don’t know the sequencer details as ive removed everything from PC. So i cannot submit the new owners details.
What is my next step?

Also…. on the contact support sheet… do i put in the new owners details at the top? Or in the message section at the bottom?
Please advise. Ta

The sequencer details are not important. Select anything.

Include the new owner’s info in the body of the message section.

Thanks for the reply. So where it says sequencer/host VERSION, i can just type in any old number?
