Selling my Downloaded EZDrummer

Hi, I’m selling my downloaded EZDrummer and Disc version of Superior Drummer, I was wondering if anyone could help me with what steps I would need to take to do this, such as how do I allow someone else to authorise their computer, move it onto their own account etc.
