Hi, I purchased the Roots Brushes and mallets SDX Expansion. Unfortunately there was no serial number included in the e-mail. Also it doesn’t show in my account under My Products, nor in the Product Manager.

Hi buddy You need to download the product manager and the serial number is in there make sure you login I’ve been doing this for a long time I own 103 libraries trust me I know what I’m talking about have a blessed day and best luck
