Hi guys.
I am sorry if this has already been addressed; I could have sworn I saw something about it somewhere but cannot for the life of me find it again.
My download folder looks like this:
It kinda looks like it IS downloaded – but then again, who knows? It clearly states ‘incomplete’.
What should I do? Delete the current file and try again? Or proceed with the installation after un-zipping the files?

Try refreshing Product Manager with cmd-R, then resume the download. Same error again?

Hi Oscar,
That is a different error. In the server log it looks like your download is progressing and is not stuck in a cycle, not yet at least. It may be just a bad connection so maybe the download will finish eventually if you keep retrying. What is the speed generally?

1.4mb/s speed is ok.
I just have to restart the download every 20mins. that’s pretty Annoying..

Sorry I am replying to this thread a few years later, but my SDX of Decades won’t finishing downloading. It gets to the full 98.1 GB then goes back to 97.1 GB after verifying and tries again. I really wanted to use it this weekend with a client, but I emailed tech support and received a reply that it would take 5 business days to get an answer. Is there a quicker fix? I have deleted the old download and redownloaded from scratch a couple of times. I have moved the location of the download and it still has the same issue. Please help!

What’s your location? If you can, try using a VPN to make it look like you are in a different country so you hopefully get served by a different download server.
Deleting a download any starting from the beginning doesn’t help, just try to resume.

I am not too familiar with using VPN for a personal Mac. I am in the US- New York. Is there any different work around. It seems like this issue has happened to others for a few years with different parts of the SD3 application and SDX expansions.. I am sure there has to be some other way. Maybe clearing cache or something?
I’m sorry, Brian, our CDN provider is investigating the issue and there is nothing more we can do at the moment. I’ll post when it seems to be resolved.

Same thing here. Bought a bundle of Decades+Fields of Rock+Legacy of Rock and all of these won’t complete the download. Inside the last 2 gb of download it just restarts a cycle, from almost verifying back to 2 gb from completion. And there you are, waiting…
My download speed for this transaction with Toontrack is around 44 Mb/s.
I have several other SDX’s installed. Have had similar issues with one of the other libraries earlier. A situation that can keep going on for some time. Sadly there is no other way of downloading the libraries these days, so you are stuck with the one process.
Reinstalled Toontrack Product Manager, after deleting downloads and restarting downloads, logging out and back in after restarting system. The cmd-R (reset) does not seem to work, either.
Seems I can’t find what I have done wrong. Neither can Product Manager.

The Decades download seems to be okay now, so please try to resume. Don’t be disappointed if it loops back once, because that’s expected, but let me know if it loops multiple times.
Joe – Fields of Rock and Legacy of Rock are still bad on the servers. The CDN provider is working on fixing that. I will let you know. It does not help to restart downloads or reinstall PM. Pause if such looping occurs and let us know or try again later. (It could in such cases be good to try moving the download to a different disk to exclude the possibility that a disk is bad, but this time, the problem is on the servers.)
