Under settings > MIDI in/E-Drums try “Use Preset” and select > Legacy > Yamaha and if that doesn’t work try Yamaha >Dtxpress3.

See if one of those gets you going.

I tried both settings. But both do not work properly. The Module itself is triggering all Toms, Cymbals, HiHat in the right way,
but SD3 has different mappings. What do you recommend?

Lets start with the PCY 135s what samples are they triggering in SD3? Go into Settings > MIDI In/E-Drums and watch the MIDI monitor as you hit the cymbals. It will show you which MIDI notes/control information is being received.
