sd3 won't sync properly with nuendo 7.1 osx

Hi,

The tracker, play back, and further midi files, exported or in song mode won’t sync properly with Nuendo 7.

There is a weird offset that make it impossible to use. the Sd3 responds to the DAW play and stop but is out of sync. It looks like the bar count is matching, but the resulting sound is not.

I search all over, I can’t find a solution. What can the problem be?
