So like the title says ,if i don’t plug the laptop output headphone jack directly to my amp I get no sound. It works fine that way but I would like to only have one USB cable do all.Can anyone tell me the settings I need both on the computer side and the drum module side. Thanks for any help.

So it is your computer that produces sounds from SD3 and not your td17. The td17 sends midi messages to your computer and that’s all. Looking at the the td17 manual it also has an audio interface. This means you could choose the td17 in SD3 for audio and midi. The sound would then come out of the td17 headphones. You will need to look in the control panel and open the td17 widget and set buffers as low as you can to get low latency. I don’t know how good the td17 audio interface is or how fast your pc is so I can’t say if the latency would be acceptable.
