SD3 sound really quiet when using TD-50

Hi All,

I am using a Roland TD-50 to trigger SD3 (Metal Foundry) and it is very quiet when i play it with sticks on the TD-50 vs when i use the mouse button and hit the drums individually inside SD3 interface.

Is there a way to rectify this perhaps increase velocity of MIDI input to SD3 somehow?

Hi,

clicking with your mouse in the interface produces full velocity hits.
You can enter the MIDI In/E-drums settings and tweak the Velocity curve.

A Video for E-drummer specifics is a great idea! Unfortunately I haven’t got one for you right now.

I was referring to this screen in the MIDI In/E-drums settings.
