I’m working on creating a pattern using the Grid Editor and one of my snare hits I have chosen to use a Flam.
I notice when looping the pattern, the speed of the flam hits is usually slower than I would like it to be, but every once and a while, it is faster and works better with the pattern.
I’ve looked through the manual and online, and cannot find anyway to control the speed of the flam to be consistent.
Is there a way to adjust this manually?
Cheers
Harrison
Hi,
you can’t control the pre-recorded Flams that way. You can try to select the Flam articulation only and then open the Hit Variation Property Box and remove the ‘Randomize Hits’ and ‘Use Adjacent Layers’ ticks.
