Hi I’m a very happy sd3 user using my fav sdx, death and darkness. I’m not overly sensitive I like to think, but I’d love to remove the devil banner from the drums gui.
With respect, I feel it looks childish and for a very pro product in every respect I feel it looks kinda amateur. Even if it were a simple black screen it would be fine.
Pls let me know if it is possible to remove the image?
Thanks

Is there some other real reason you want to remove it? I don’t think it looks childish or amateur. To tell the truth I don’t even think about it. It lets me know visually what library I’m working in without having to think about it.
But to answer your question – there’s no way to change it from an end user’s point of view.

is it the “devil” aspect? or just the space?

I think the op is talking about the devil and not the space it takes up.

All the above really. Im not religious myself but i have a client that is and thats their own business.. but i see it makes them uncomfortable even though they dont make a big deal of it.
I think the sdx is great not only for metal and I think the image is very teenage metal goth and I don’t like it personaly. I upgraded from ez2 in small part because I don’t like the over the top imagery of some of the metal libraries. There have been some new virtual drums release over the last few weeks and visually I think they are better. Even ez3 seems to have pulled back on the ott imagery for the better IMHO.
I figured there was some image file in the install files that could be deleted or renamed but if its not possible to change / remove it that’s no big deal, still very happy with it.
