SD3 Preset Exchange Just Like Fractal Audio Systems "axe change" for the guitar.

[WGN5150]

Toontrack should make a sister website which exclusively handles preset exchanges.

Take a second to pop over to http://axechange.fractalaudio.com

There’s a great example of users who share great presets – it really increases the value of their product (even though theirs is hardware – still the same thing) – it gets people wanting to buy their product – and creates a very loyal user base.

People with legacy products – see the new products and activity with presets – and I’m sure there’s lots of people who upgrade because of it.

Keep up the good work Toontrack!   Your products rock!

(But I would still love a SD3 preset exchange!)

I agree, this would be a great service for us. Even better to somehow integrate it into SD3 alongside the MIDI webshop functionality. This also makes sense because it doesn’t seem like Toontrack is selling any of their own Producer Preset Packs anymore.

Although it may cut into the business a little bit of the one or two websites I’ve seen who have a business selling SD3 presets.

I agree! When will we see something like this?

Hey I just started up a Facebook Group for this.
I read your post and decided enough is enough. Literally NO preset exchange sites/groups out there for Toontrack/Superior Drummer..

The Facebook is called: Preset Exchange for Toontrack Users

I’m gonna make it fun, with a dedicated downloads site, ratings/polls, a section for Editor’s Choice (my personal picks) and Community’s Choice (for the top-rated ones in the Group, from Polls). Superior Drummer is too powerful to not be sharing our secrets. 🙂
