Aloha from Honolulu,
So I’ve been working on a piece for several days now. Got the SD3 drums just right.
And today, when I open the file, the SD3 drums (playing through the SD3 VST) are no longer in time.
I went back to an earlier saved version of the project, a version that played just fine yesterday and the day before and — same thing.
I’ve check the audi0 file that the SD3 drums used to accompany and it’s right on the beat. So this is a new, out-of-the-blue problem with SD3.
Any thoughts out there?
Mahalo!

It is rather unclear as to what kind of timing issues you’re experiencing.
if your timing is drifting out of time, and you are using the SD3 AU plug-in within Logic, Ensure that follow host is on.
If your timing issue is constantly off by specific amount, check your delay compensation in the audio preferences within logic. Make sure it is set to instruments, buses and aux channels, and it is best not to use any latency causing plug-ins while recording.

…also, is the Follow Host Button selected in SD3? Should be near the transport.
