when using tap to find, then show result, some of the result showing yellow exclamation mark. Is it because of it’s 3rd parties groove? or duplicated groove? Since form the name, I can’t find out which groove it belongs to.
I would suggest going into “Settings->Advanced” and hit “Restore MIDI Database…” and see if it helps. Unless you have moved anything in your MIDI folder the files should be found correctly.
The exclamation mark means the file is not found at it’s normal location (it is missing)
The files listed in your screenshot are part of The Rock Foundry (Walk 139 BPM and Best 131 BPM), you could check if those are still present on disk.

Besides what Patrik wrote: the red dot on your User MIDI folder means that you should sync SD3 and the folder. It’s often because files and folders have been manually edited in Finder.
Click on the red dot and select Sync in the menu to fix it.
