SD3 issues

Hi

two issues here

1. when I open sd 3 standalone or as vst it says corrupt file file b24 obw reinstall library..do I have to start all over again.

2. product manager either not recognised or stops or tells me to install 2 before I install 3 but part 2 says its already installed.

 

any help appreciated

soundb24.obw is in part 2, so install that one again. Click Show Details under Part 2, download it and then use the small menu to the right of the download to start the installer.
