SD3: How to save custom midi map

hello.  i keep running into a problem where i create an intricate custom midi map but have no way to save or export it.  i thought it would be a part of the project but it isn’t there after a reboot.  any thoughts?  thanks

 

Interesting.  I just discovered that when i open project in my soft synth SD3 it actually maps just fine.  how do i get SD3 standalone to pick up the map too?
