I am downloading SD3 on my PC laptop and I was able to download, install and verify SD3 Crossgrade, part 1 and part2, but the others I get the “Verification completed but the download could then not be renamed. Access is denied”.
I am installing this on my external Samsung T5 SSD drive. There is ample space.
Running Windows 10.

This could be caused by some antivirus program scanning what’s in the folder, preventing PM to rename it. You can do it manually now, that should fix it: remove “.incomplete” from the download name, then resume the download in PM.
