SD3 default mappings document

I would love to have a document that lists all the SD3 default instruments/articulations and their MIDI notes and numbers. I’ve found some old SD2 stuff and Cubase drummaps, but nothing recent or host independent. ideally this would be a simple text file or a spreadsheet. Surely someone has already done this?

I have  many SD3 and EZDrummer Drum Maps including many SDX’s for Cubase if that helps. If you want these just let me know and I’ll post a link for you. They are probably not transferable to other DAWS.

Operating system: Windows 10

Cubase Pro, Korg Kronos, M-50, Hammond XK-1c, Toontrack SD3, EZBass w/lots of expansions, many VSL Vi's, Shreddage 3 everything, and shit-tons of FX plugins.
