SD3 Core Library Graphics

Hello,

I just upgraded to superior 3. My Avatar and progressive foundry SDX’s loaded all new graphics but the core library just has the basic electronic drums. Please tell me how to fix this issue.

Does everything look correct in the Product Manager (everything is installed and updated)?

Yes. Everything has been installed and up to date. As I mentioned the other SDX’s are working fine. The SD 3 library however has all  the background graphics as expected but the instrument graphics seem to be electronic only. Was there an issue while downloading the core library? I hope not because I would need to uninstall and then reinstall everything again. Which would take roughly a day.

Hi John,

Unfortunately I’ll be away from my studio until the 12th of September so I cannot retrieve that information.

Ok I’m back in my studio. The sounds folder contains sound 1 to 55.

The graphics folder seems to only contain cymbals.

Try to re-download the latest Superior Drummer 3 Library Part 1 update and reinstall it. I’ve marked where you click to download it. When it’s downloaded, you can click the menu right of the download button, and choose Install.

Ok I downloaded and reinstalled a third time and now it’s working. Thanks a lot for all your help!

Something happened before that lead to missing graphic files for the instruments, which is hard for us to pinpoint… Glad to hear you solved the issue!
