Sd3 – cant select menus on a MS Surface Pro with pen on touchscreen

Hi,
I am using SD3 on a MS Surface Pro 3. I can open menus with the pen on the touchscreen, but not select anything from them. Why is this? Do I need to change a setting somewhere?

I have tried SD3 on a touchscreen using Windows 10, and it works for me if I long press (instead of just clicking) sub folders in the menus. Can you try that and reply here on how it worked?
