SD3 authorisation

Guys, I have tried everything to get my SD3 Authorised and it just won’t authorise.. I am completely over it.. I can’t even get the support button to work without some ridiculous DAW system version number they are asking for.  Please help

Are you using the Product Manager? Could you show us a screenshot of what you see in there? I don’t recall seeing the PM ask for a daw system version number but then again it’s been 2+ years since I’ve had to do an authorization. All I remember is it asking for the serial number and if you want to authorize the computer you’ve installed SD3 on.

Agreed, the Product Manager is how you should be authorizing Superior Drummer. Most likely, the serial number is already in there if you are posting to this forum.
