SD2 install

Hi, I just bought SD2 but i can’t install AU. I have reinstalled many times. Can someone help me? Thanks.

Hi,

I can see that you have downloaded and installed Superior 2 for both OS 10.5 (2.3.1) and later (2.4.4) systems.
I am not sure whether or not this messes up things but to be sure, please uninstall both versions via the Product Manager and then re-download and install the 2.4.4 only and make sure you do not deselect the AU component.
