SD 3 sdx update issues

Hi – get the “run product manager ” when trying to load any SP2 sdx – when i do, it just hangs or i – get ” could not update sl-avatar/graphicsV3/Background.png” try again?
and the ” installed with errors message ” at end – I have deleted update download and re downloaded/install with same results.

All my SDX expansions display “install updates” red button active- when i do – it prompts installation authorization – then unzips – but remails in uninstalled status.
The SD3 kit is amazing tho ..

Sound like the same problem several of us have had. There is this thread from Pre-sales before the SD3 Support forum was established:
