Hi. Apologies in advance if I should have started a new post.
I recently bought SD 2.0 NY Studio Legacy Vol.1 from the well known auction site, Ebay, (other auction sites are available), which I appreciate may not be looked upon with great admiration from you guys at Toontrack but I’m not currently in a position to be able to afford to buy these products brand new.
So, sympathy vote aside, the chap who sold it to me advised me prior to my purchase that the licence is a multi-user licence and I will be able to install and use it once I’ve registered it. Well, guess what. I’ve finally got around to the installation and registering and, hey presto, “Invalid serial number. 102” message when entering the Serial Number.
I’ve messaged the chap on Ebay, but I’m not convinced I’m going to get the desired response. I’ve also pointed him in the direction of the FAQ for transfer of licences.
And, yes, hindsight is a wonderful thing and I should have been a bit more savvy and checked all this out before I bought it, however, the fact is that I now have it and want to make some noise with it but can’t.
