Save Custom Samples To Preset or Where To Copy Custom Samples To

Hi There,

Very sorry for the obvious question, somehow I can’t seem to find the answer anywhere.

When creating a drum kit with imported custom samples from my sound library (layers of foley or other sounds that I have recorded myself), I will lose all of my custom sounds if the location of my sample library is changed or not accessible.

I’m looking for a way to save these custom samples within my S.D. presets, so that I don’t have to worry about losing kits that I have spent a long time creating. Specifically in case something happens to my sample library or I decide to move to another platform (or if samples get moved/lost by accident).

Is this possible?

If yes, where should I save my custom samples? Or how can I save them together with the preset?
